The scheme provides wide civil liability cover as standard but at a fraction of the normal cost.

Whilst the scheme has been arranged by Saturn (a trading name of Martello Professional Risks Limited), Anchorman Insurance Consultants Limited handle the day-to-day administration.

This site has been created to enable members of the Institute of Leadership and Management to obtain Professional Indemnity insurance quickly and easily online.

Once you have requested cover and your payment has been received by us, your policy documents will be issued and sent to you promptly by our dedicated ILM scheme administration department.

Remember, the insurance and premiums offered under this scheme are available exclusively to members of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

The insurance products offered under the ILM scheme are underwritten by Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance plc and DAS Legal Expenses Insurance Company Ltd.

Acceptance criteria:

1. You are an Individual or Corporate member of the Institute of Leadership & Management with a valid membership number
2. Your occupation is listed under “Eligible Occupations”
3. No more than 25% of your fees are derived from work undertaken outside of the UK
4. You live and work in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and/or the Isle of Man.
5. You have a minimum of three years experience in the advised business/profession
6. For Individual Members – your total fees are less than £75,000
   For Corporate Members – your total fees are less than £250,000
7. You have been claim and incident free for the last three years
8. No insurer has ever:
   Declined to offer insurance to you or any Partner, Principal or Director
   Imposed any special terms on your Company or any Partner, Principal or Director
   Cancelled or voided an insurance for you or any Partner, Principal or Director
